How large are the paintings?

All paintings measure 20x24 inches (50x60 cm). Custom-sized paintings can be ordered through the contact page. Custom paintings are priced individually.

Who are the painters?

Our pieces are painted by talented and experienced artists from around the world. The artists undergo a careful selection process to ensure that they produce the highest quality artwork.

What type of paintings do you have?

All of our paintings are authentic hand-painted oil-on-canvas works. Each piece is professionally stretched and wrapped on a sturdy wooden frame and ready to be hung.

Can I hang my painting immediately?

Yes. The paintings are stretched and wrapped on attractive and sturdy wooden frames. They are ready for hanging right out of the packaging. If you would like to frame the painting yourself, you can make a request through the contact page. We’ll send your painting rolled in a protective tube.

How do I pay?

We accept credit card payments though PayPal - the web’s premier online payment system.

Is payment secure?

Your payment is processed securely by PayPal. Buyer payment details are never revealed to us. We do not receive your credit card information or your bank account details.

Will the painting arrive safely ?

We pack your painting with great care. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged artwork, contact us within 30 days and we will provide a refund. Please read our Returns Policy.

How will I receive my paintings?

Paintings are shipped directly to the shipping address you provide. It is not possible to pick up the paintings yourself. Delivery can take up to 21 working days in the UK. Outside of the UK, delivery can take up to 30 working days.

Can I make a purchase on Shabbat or the Yom Tovim?

No. The website is closed on Shabbat and the Yom Tovim. It is not possible to conduct a purchase on Shabbat or the Yom Tovim.

What is your return policy?

ColorIL makes every effort to ensure customer satisfaction. If you would like your money back for any reason, you may cancel your order and return your paining within 30 working days.
You will receive a full refund provided the painting is returned in the same condition as it was sent. Your shipping costs will also be refunded.
You may also exchange your painting with another. If the cost of the new painting is less than the original order, we will refund the difference. If the cost is greater, the customer will pay the difference.
